In my photography club this week I just missed getting a point in competition. It was down to 10 photos, 9 were winners, 1 was dropped. Mine was that last one. Here is my “so close” photo:

The theme of the competition was “nature”. The good news is that I got good feedback on the image. Winning would have been nice too…better luck next time I guess.

Thanks, the judge mentioned the background as well which was cool because that was something I had thought of when I composed the shot. I guess I just need to move back to Canada eh?
